According to the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days after your purchases are delivered to you to cancel your order.

Please note, I can only accept returns of unopened and unused soaps, bombs, soaks, balms and gift boxes. Items that arrive back with me in an unsaleable condition will not be refunded.
